We lost our dad to a heart attack 12 years ago. That episode was not an isolated event but preceded by a series of telltale warning signs. If he’d had a companion like Nadia in his hand for even a few months – a companion that listens, informs, tracks, and alerts – he might have lived to see his two grandsons turn 7 and 13 this year.

Founding Team

Amit Kulkarni

CEO

Amit was the founder and CEO of IntelliGene, an oncology informatics company, that served 21 NCI designated cancer centers and 5 big Pharma companies.

After 5 years of IntelliGene’s success it was acquired by Invitae, where he continued to develop products for oncology tumor boards. Amit spent a decade of his initial career at Merck in various leadership roles in Discovery, Biomarkers and Clinical Trials.

Vinayak Kulkarni

CTO

Vinayak spent the past 18 years in bioinformatics founding teams at Merck, Agilent and Invitae where he led use of AI, algorithms, data science and assay optimization teams.

Past 10 years he's led AI in diagnostics efforts at Invitae (early cancer detection) and Illumina (federated learning) and building technology with partners at NVIDIA and Microsoft to adapt Generative AI for clinical use.
